    The sticker sheet code can be found at the bottom left corner of the sticker sheet.

    Why charge an extra amount for a new size?

    We charge a small fee for any new sticker size, as it takes time and effort to resize or restructure them.

    What currency will I be charged in?

    All items are priced in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your local currency will be displayed on the website. The total amount of your order will be shown in PHP throughout the checkout process.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Don't worry! You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once the item ships, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

    When will my order arrive?

    International orders are shipped with a tracking number via My Kartero. 

    My Kartero Premium Shipping: 15-20 days

    Do you accept returns/ exchanges?

    We are currently not accepting returns unless you receive damaged items. While we make sure to package orders correctly, mistakes can happen, so feel free to contact us if you have problems with your order.
