Where is Wimzi based?

Wimzi is based in the Philippines, fulfilling and shipping orders from our studio in Quezon City.

What currency will I be charged in?

All items on our website are priced in Philippine pesos (PHP). However, our website will display the prices in your local currency. During the checkout process, the total amount of your order will be shown in PHP.

When will my order be shipped?

We always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-7 business days, except during sale events.

When will my order arrive?

Local orders will be shipped using Gogo Express. Delivery will take 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial addresses.

International orders will be shipped via My Kartero, with an estimated transit time of 15-20 days.

Please note that these estimated delivery times may be affected by high shipping volumes, customs processing, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you can easily find the tracking number for your order by visiting your order page. This number will help you keep track of your package's location and estimated arrival time.

Why does my USPS tracking say "Label Not Created Yet"?

If your tracking number shows as "label not created yet," it means that your order is still en route and has not yet been scanned into the USPS system. This can happen when the package is in transit between the international shipping carrier and USPS. Once your package arrives at the USPS facility and is scanned, the tracking information will be updated.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don't typically accept returns unless, of course, you've received damaged items. While we make sure to package orders correctly, mistakes can happen, so feel free to contact us if you have problems with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is processed unless the product description says otherwise. Some items, like pre-orders or customized products, cannot be canceled. These exceptions will always be clearly mentioned in the product description.

To confirm whether your order has been processed or to request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Delays can occur due to high shipping volumes, customs processing, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances. If your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting your local post office for updates. They will have the most current information regarding the status of your delivery. Additionally, you can check the tracking information on your order page for any updates.

Do you accept custom sticker design orders?

We do offer custom sticker design services, but availability is limited. We typically announce openings for custom orders on our social media channels, so be sure to follow us to catch these announcements and secure your spot!

EU Customer VAT & Fees

Starting July 1, 2021, the EU will be subject to new VAT rules. EU customers will have to pay VAT plus handling/clearance fees before receiving their package. Wimzi will not collect VAT on orders shipped to the EU.
