HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your custom sticker order.
2. Fill out this form > Click here to access the form. 
3. Once we receive your order and form, your request will be placed in our queue on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to give our customers excellent service and make sure that everyone's needs are taken care of, so please allow sufficient time for us to do our best work.
4. When your custom illustration is complete, we will send you a copy via email. You can request a minor adjustment if needed.

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Your custom sticker will be illustrated in our art style. We are unable to create designs in different art styles.
• Our character style features simple, cute poses. We will do our best to match our art style, but for complex poses, adjustments or simplifications might be needed.
• Each character, pet, or large object you want illustrated counts as one object.
  • Examples:
    • You + your pet = 2 objects
    • You + your cat + a bike = 3 objects
    • Extra props or items may count as additional objects if they are detailed or large. Simple background elements (like hearts or sparkles) do not count.
• By purchasing this service, you agree that we may share the final product images, creation process, or behind-the-scenes content on our social media. Your reference photos will remain private unless you permit us to share them. We take your privacy seriously and will handle your files with care.

• The digital file is owned by Wimzi and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

• You are welcome to print the file for your own use (e.g., planner stickers, gifts, prints), but you may not sell any products using the artwork.
